Busters Happy Tails

I took my sweet little old lady here last week. She's been upset and I couldn't handle trying to unclog another drain after a bath along with my inability to trim her VERY long nails. The staff here is super nice. You can tell they love what they do the moment you contact them. They listened to exactly what my concerns were, they were so gentle with my pupper too. I won't be taking my little old lady anywhere else while we are still blessed with her.

The best day care/boarding I’ve ever been to. Staff is all friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. My dog comes back every time happy and healthy. I won’t be using anyone else but them!

If you love your fur babies, please for the love of god take them somewhere else, the owner here is so sketchy, rude, and unprofessional. They spray your pups with high pressure hoses for BARKING. They literally punish them for being dogs. One girl was always screaming at the dogs in the kennel for whining or barking because they were scared and anxious. They keep your dogs in tiny cages. Some of the big dogs get full sized kennels but if you have a small dog they keep them in shoebox sized cages, the size of a locker, where they barely have room to turn around. They have limited amounts of regular kennel for the small dogs. They put dogs in a room together and keep them in cages. They don’t properly sanitize any of the spaces where the dogs are kept. The list goes on. There’s a reason you have no camera access to this facility, please take your pups somewhere else!

In mid-July we boarded our dog Hubble for several days at Buster’s Happy Tails. While he unfortunately became ill (likely from the stress of being away from us), Teresa and the entire team were absolutely wonderful in caring for him. Teresa kept us updated regularly and made sure we were comfortable with every step. They went above and beyond—taking him to the vet, administering medication, providing special food, and giving him extra comfort and attention. Hubble was even able to sleep with the overnight caregiver and spend time with the front desk staff, which made a huge difference. We are so grateful for the incredible care and kindness they showed our pup, and we have complete confidence in boarding with Buster’s again in the future. My fur baby has been coming here for a few months now. We keep coming back for the friendly staff and peace of mind knowing our fur baby is happy and healthy! We love the daily photos and save them. It’s so nice to know she is having fun and making friends. The staff even knows our girl by name!
