Petco, is very pet friendly. The staff are very knowledgeable and available. Lastly, the prices can't be beat!! I go to Petco for all of my dog's needs!

The groomer seemed to be inexperienced with big dogs. They did not pair / bond with my dog, didn’t introduce themselves, were not friendly to my dog. They had no consideration that this was her first time at a groomer and she needed to be slowly introduced to the process of things. They treated us like another dollar and I would absolutely never come back nor recommend them.

I’ve purchased several small pets here and have always had a great experience! Today I went in to get meal worms for my bearded dragon with my 12 years old son has been interested in getting a hamster or gerbil. When I asked the lady at the front desk to just make one of the animals that are for sale visible so that my son could see it, she refused and said that unless I was purchasing today she wouldn’t do that. I am a life long pet owner and I know that all animals have their own personality, and I won’t commit to purchasing unless it is a good fit for our family. Quite rude and odd that she as unwilling to simply allow my son to view the animal, we didn’t even ask to hold it, just see it.

The staff and manager John are awesome and very helpful. Informative and professional. Sam and the grooming team are also great.We take our dog to Sam every time for grooming and she treats him very well and the grooming is one of a kind. Especially having a long haired dog. Great place and people.

I have a beautiful fish tank at home with beautiful fish for 2 years. All healthy I bought them in MA where I live. Never had a problem. Visited this petco and bought 4 fishes on Saturday, Sunday morning one of the fish I bought looked sick and had white stuff. Now is Monday fish dies, another fish I had before dies after and all my beautiful fish have white stuff. Tuesday all fishes I bought died. I call them and they say they can give me a refund for that fish. That I should buy stuff for the fishes that now have ich. Do not buy fishes there. Sick fishes and they don't care about your previous fish. I have to waste money to try to save my fishes. Unfortunately all of my other 8 fishes now look really sick and dying.
