Lola & Penelope's

I have two Pekingese boys who are 4 and 5 years old and this has been the BEST grooming experience I've had since having them! They both came out happy and super clean. Each dog had their own groomer for the day and both groomers did an incredible job considering how rough they were when I brought them in. Their paw pads are now the softest I've ever felt them and are trimmed to perfection. Sanitary areas are adequately trimmed as well and not too short to cause razor burn like we've previously experienced at past groomers. I'm just so happy with how they turned out, I had to come write a review. The shop is amazing as well. The ladies working helped me find the perfect treats and a toy for the boys. I have been taking my puppy here for a couple of years. Today was the last time. I got the regular basic grooming for my puppy. They charged 95 dollars without explaining the price inflation compared to the previous times. I won't go there again.

Brought my dog for the first time for a walk-in nail trim/grind. Every team member that saw my dog gave us a warm welcome, but gave her appropriate space since she was overexcited. Got setup with rewards and went home with a gift bag that had stuff that was actually useful. Bought some extra goodies and noticed they carry food brands I trust. Thank you!

Lola and Penelope’s is by far my favorite pet boutique and salon in St. Louis. The store is spacious and comfortable and filled with cute and useful things for pet owners and the staff is amazing! Erin has helped me on multiple occasions helping me find the best groomer for my dog, treats and toys they will love, and finding food solutions! Eli and I visit L&P at least once a month for grooming and Eli is always excited to see Erin, Jennifer, and all his friends at Lola’s!
