The washing and grooming area was great it has a lot of space and multiple areas so you don't have to wait in line, it was also very nice to have all the shampoo options, the dryer was quick as well i would say I wish they had a gate on that part too cause ur dog can easily jump down but there is a harness you can put on them ! They also have a grooming service where they will do it for you, I just had them clip my dogs nails but it was very convenient. I will say the toys are a little pricey but they have good sales

Went to Wag N Wash for the first time and had an excellent experience! The staff was very helpful and showed us around the store. We did a self groom and I was blown away by how nice everything was - it’s like a spa for dogs (for $20)! We will be back!

I took my 15 week old Malshi to Sydney. She did an amazing job on my Riley. I am happy to say that I have found my groomer. The entire staff was so nice. I highly recommend Wag n Wash for your fur babies.

Sydney did AMAZING with my Havapoo’s grooming!! Her cut was perfect, just what I asked for! Her coat is super soft and she smells wonderful. Plus she was ready in an hour. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!! I recommend this store and Sydney (groomer) 100%!

The self wash is so much better than leaning over a bathtub. They have waist high wash sinks with adjustable tables. They also have various types of shampoos. One thing I do wish is that they would have some varieties of conditioners for the dogs' fur. I used the regular oatmeal shampoo, and it left the fur feeling very dry. Then, I tried the 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner. It was better but not the best. I recommend possibly bringing your own if you have a favorite. They provide aprons to keep you dry, as well as towels nearby. Drying off was great and such a huge time savings for me. They have very powerful dryers with different tips to change for varying intensity. They also have scented sprays you can apply to your dogs coat. Another note...they charge a fee to use their brushes, so bring your own. They do offer grooming services by appointment, but the self wash is first come, first serve. I need to bring my happy girl back to get her face trimmed up.
