I first came to Puppy Love when I found a stray dog who was stinky. Aisha did a fantastic job and was affordable. I ended up keeping the dog and just returned for a second groom. Another good experience. Char Char smelled good and her cut was perfect. My dog really seems to like Aisha too. Her prices are affordable making dog grooming within reach. I definitely will return in a few months. My doggie was shedding ungodly amounts of hair, but not anymore.

I took my dog Pearl to puppy love pet salon on 13/30/23. At first I was pleased Aysha took my dog from me, held her and comforted her as she was shaking from being in a new place. This is where .5 of the one star comes from. When I picked my dog up the first thing I noted is that she would not come out to of the kennel to aysha. Odd but I discarded this because she is a puppy and new to grooms, this is her 3rd groom. Once home I noticed she was RIPPING hair from her own tail. After wondering the issue I discovered she had a razor burn/ gouge on her tail from the clippers( this is on 12/31/2023) Yesterday 1/2/24 I noticed she had dark spots on her nose. Thinking it was tears I went to wipe them away.. NO!! These are scabs from deep gouges from the clippers on both sides of her nose. She was acting so weird when I picked her up, I attributed it to being upset as she had a hair in her eye, no it’s because her face was cut up and mangled. The vet said they are super deep. And gave antibiotics. Please avoid this groomer. When I picked my dog up she left another dog unsupervised on the table when she went to get my dog .

Gibby is perfect, she listened and was very thorough, but also taking her time with my senior THANK YOU A.

First time visit...won't be the last. She was very professional, and timely. She did one dog completely and one just nails. Both came out perfect. Probably one of the best haircuts Max has ever gotten. Fairly priced as well.

This lady is a real pro. My dog, Pepe, looks beautiful everytime. Of course, just as a poodle should! I love her.
