Enchanted Lake Pet

I am extremely displeased and upset. I bought two fish from this store and in less than 24 hours later the fish is dead. I have two tanks fully equipped with the proper needs of fish. I called to ask what I should do because I haven’t had this problem before, I was then told “we don’t do refunds on fish” and that “it honestly could have been from anything” whoever I spoke with did not have good customer service or empathy. She spoke to me as if I’m dumb or clueless and insinuating I’m the reason the fish was sick and died. I noticed quite a few fish in the tanks that were already dead which should have been a clear indicator to not do business with them. Not only do they not do refunds, she told me “I’m more than welcome to come in for another fish for purchase.” I will no longer be doing business with this store because of lack of decency and customer service.

Very helpful and friendly staff and have a great variety of freshwater fish. Garrick, celina, and hope were very friendly.

Support your local pet store! Staff was very helpful, and I was able to get dog food that my dog really likes, as well as a few other small items. It’s hidden away behind the Safeway. Easy parking right in front.

Huge selection of pet food. I found food here I couldn't find anywhere else except Amazon. The Loyalty program and the 12 bags get 1 bag free for the dog kibble I get is a great plus as well! There is also a large selection of fish, some turtles, and a few lizards. This place has amazing and caring staff with great customer service. All in all. I recommend this pet shop over any other pet shops I've been to in Oahu!

I appreciate the efforts in the aquatics department with livestock availability, fish from local breeders and employees with solid expertise. It’s clear there is passion behind this department. Store is very cluttered and not well organized, it could really benefit from getting someone with solid merchandising experience on staff and having them re-work each department. It’s not easy to be a customer in its current state. I would like to see more effort to care for and maintain healthy livestock in-store, some bird cages and many fish tanks look kinda rough.
