What made our visit even more memorable was the incredible service. Nelly greeted us warmly and made sure we felt right at home. Manny was attentive and friendly, checking in at just the right moments. Nate went above and beyond to ensure our order was perfect, and Sheira was so kind and accommodating throughout our meal. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly elevated the entire dining experience. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both amazing food and exceptional customer service so consistently. We’ll definitely be coming back to Urban Plates and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh, flavorful, and welcoming dining experience.

Walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff!!! Nelly was so sweet! The store looked immaculate super clean and comfy! The food came out fast and tasted perfect! Many and Haden suggested many of their fav items on the menu! Caleb brought me refills without even asking! Thank you so much for a great visit!

This place has amazing food options at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the chicken cobb salad, the Mediterranean bowl, and the side of hummus and pita. The Parmesan garlic shrimp is also delicious!
