(from Google)I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my visit today from the Petco at 1250 N. Germantown Pkwy Ste 112, Cordova 38016. I stood at the fish section for over 30 minutes waiting for assistance. The manager on duty, an African American male, saw that I was waiting but never came over to help me. After waiting for quite some time, I went to the front counter and informed the cashier that I had been waiting. The cashier kindly went to notify the manager, but instead of coming out to assist, he remained in his office and never came to help me. The cashier continued to apologize, but unfortunately apologies do not replace the basic level of service customers should receive. When customers come into a store ready to purchase, they should not be ignored for that length of time—especially after staff have been made aware that help is needed. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds their team that customer service should always be a priority. Very disappointing experience.
Probably the worst petco you could go to. There were about a dozen dead fish in the tanks. All of the rodent cages were filthy with old looking feces everywhere. Honestly I don't care about it but my kids who are 7 and under pointed it all out as well. Everything else looked fine it's a big store.
I always have good expirences at Petco. They stock some of my dogs favorite treats that I can find no where else. Doris is an employee that has become my friend. She's a great employee and always goes out of her way to be pleasant. I have and will always continue to shop at Petco!! They carry a vast array of quality products!! Long story short? I really enjoy Petco, give them a try!!
Third time I've been and after bringing this issue up to management they still have maggots in the dog food section. This is 4th month of the same issue.
This is awful. This is weeks of neglect. Everyone who works here should be fired and this place needs to be closed down. If your entire job revolves around selling animals - take care of the animals
