Banfield Pet Hospital

I’ve experienced emergency situations with my dog where I arrived at the hospital in tears, and every time I was met with reassurance, kindness, and the confidence that my dog was in excellent hands. The staff is incredibly gentle and patient with my dogs, which has built a level of trust that means everything to me. Every member of the Banfield team truly cares and it shows in the way they treat both pets and their owners. I have never felt more supported by a veterinary hospital. I am grateful for the care they provide to my dogs and would wholeheartedly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital to anyone living in Puerto Rico.

Best Banfield in Puerto Rico and the US. I've lived in 5 major cities, and this is by far the best Banfield I have been to. So much so that I travel (fly) specifically for appointments at this Banfield. They always take great care of 13 year old Sadie and I appreciate them for that.

What can I say banfield pet hospital rio hondo puerto rico is extraodinay, exceptional, they have taken care of my pet Snow for 9 yrs now, they have worried for him as he would be their own live them and Dr Charneco , he was hospitalized for 3 days and they were always asking his status, they are the best of the best
