Amazing experience. From the booking, to the staff, to the clinic itself. The receptionists were both amazing and engaged. They knew my cats name and his apointment before I even got to say it. The friendliness and service was amazing. You can tell they TRULY care about animals and their companions. Thank you so much for a refreshing visit to an otherwise hectic experience. Dr Shoemaker was specific and professional. The vet tech was very good with Pocket. The services were done with care and remedies supplied as needed. Too bad I waited too long for her nails and anal glands. Three months should be the deal for my little girl!

Renton Highlands Pet Clinic has been caring for my dogs, Cujo and King, and I truly appreciate the exceptional care they receive. Cujo has allergies, as many pit bulls do, and Dr. Shoemaker took the time to thoroughly explain the best treatment plan for him. We had been spending so much money on allergy shots, yet Cujo still wasn’t getting any relief. Thanks to Dr. Shoemaker’s expertise and guidance, we now have a much more effective approach, and I feel far more confident about managing his allergies. Cujo did not enjoy visits to his previous veterinarian, but he is completely at ease here and seems much more comfortable during his appointments. The staff is consistently warm, professional, and compassionate, treating both of my dogs with genuine kindness and respect. The veterinarians take the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understand every aspect of their care. I always leave feeling reassured that Cujo and King are receiving the best possible treatment. I especially appreciate the team’s patience, excellent communication, and sincere love for animals. We have loved taking our boys to Renton Highlands Vet Clinic. Their staff is friendly and supportive, their vets are amazing, and they are always so helpful and wonderful!
