Dr. Bothel called me herself to advise about Lucy’s cracked tooth and explain our treatment options. She was very patient with my questions, and thorough in her answers. Zoe was very friendly and informative. She was very prompt in helping to correct a billing error, and it was fixed right away before payment was made.

Everyone was kind and caring. Appointment ran on time. Waiting room was very quiet, seemed appointments were well timed. Didn't feel like they were rushing you out to be on to the next patient. Vet tech and Dr spent a lot of quality time. Made sure all my questions were answered. (there was no one foot out the door feeling) Prices were in line and no push to try and have you spend more. Very relaxed, but at the same time very professional. Thank you Countyline Vet for making our first visit a great one!

The Vet Assistant and the doctor were so kind to my dog. She has had a rough year, and they treated her with such compassion. They took their time with us, went over everything, and we were out of the appointment very quickly. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, as usual.

I have been a client here for the last several months after deciding to change vets from another local vet that I was completely frustrated with. They have truly been amazing. Their service is great and I don’t feel like they nickle and dime me. Today we had a minor emergency and they were kind and accommodating. Their office staff is always polite, and helpful. I also really love that they have a separate entrance and waiting area for cats. My dog loves them, I really feel like a valued customer here. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Wait time was less than 5 minutes which is unheard of! County Line staff & doctors were professional and quick with my fur baby. Prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely be back with my other dog.
