Super kind and professional and helpful. They go above and beyond for their customers. 100% recommend. I sold them a reptile tank and they even came all the way to my house to pick it up. Definitely will tell my friends and family about the business. 😁👍

Honest to goodness

Great pet shop with well knowledgeable staff . Great selection of canaries, pigeons, roosters, chicks, parrots and cockatiels. I got my red and white canary . I'll be back for my green cheak Mexican parrot 🦜

Would give 0 stars if I could, pet store “offers” a lot but none of these reviews mention the guinea pigs. They are crammed up females and males together in dirty conditions, bigger guinea pigs picking on the smaller ones. I purchased the youngest one to get her out of that situation, had her for 2 days she seemed very happy was acting normal and suddenly that night she didn’t make it, this means she could have had a disease due to bad conditions because they don’t just die suddenly like this. This was her just hours before that night. Terrible experience do not support.

I used to love this place… I love supporting small businesses especially pet stores but ever since they expanded. Its been going down hill. I hate the over crowding they have with their birds but i always dealt with with & still returned. Their reptile side is not it. They need someone educated about reptiles & who cares on their team. There are multiple bearded dragons who have stuck shed. Leopard geckos with no hides (they are nocturnal , don’t like light) . Pac-Man frogs without dirt or moss. Living in only water, which is not what their habitat is supposed to be like. Aquatic turtles without water (Yes I said, aquatic turtles without water 🥲) . Tortoises without water bowls. Even have their dead 💀 tortoises on display with the eye sockets caving in which is how you know it’s been dead for more than a day and died from dehydration. Tarantulas in the wrong type of enclosures with no room to move . They have terrestrial tarantulas in arboreal enclosure & vise versa. If these animals were constantly checked on, someone would have knew that there was a decomposing tortoise in tank without even a water bowl, i had to tell a staff member about this. I understand businesses get busy, but this is a pet store, and the pet should be in proper enclosures, and checked on constantly throughout the day and tended to. Unfortunately, I will not be returning here anymore. This is my last straw as this has not been the first time I have seen situations like this in the reptile room here. Everything done at this establishment is strictly for profit and not for the well-being of the animals as it should be considering it’s a pet store . I would usually come and purchase feeders here & dog supplies , but I will no longer be returning , as I do not support any pet store who does not properly care for their animals please consider hiring a well educated person in this department.

This place is a hidden gem!!! The owner is very nice and the prices are reasonable. The girls are friendly and very helpful. The variety of animals is really good. If you are an animal lover, you will love this place. Come check it out! They are doing a raffle for two parrots so visit them soon!
