Jess is awesome, and so are the folks that work there. All are knowledgeable about animals care and love. Sweet and warm and welcoming. Great clean store and I can always find parking in front of the store. Awesome prices and good customer buying programs. It is our go to place for both our cats and dog.

I absolutely love this pet store! It is the opposite of the Littlest Pet Shoppe! They have so many products for cats and for dogs! The staff is kind and friendly as well as helpful. This place is affordable too!

Tigard Pet Supply is our new favorite pet store! I’ve been going to Petco for years but they don’t hold a candle to the selection of products at TPS. They have a great selection of dog and cat products, and have a ton of unique treats that you won’t find at Petco. I appreciate they price everything competitively and have products with all ranges of price points. The employees have all been super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve stopped our monthly Petco membership to exclusively shop at TPS now!

I've been a regular at Tigard Pet Supply since they opened, it's a great local alternative to the big box stores, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly service, especially from the gentleman who usually greets and assists customers. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. I came in with my sister looking for a specific cat food, and while there were three employees behind the counter, neither acknowledged us. Moments later, a young woman walked in, and the employees greeted her right away, then approached her to offer help—completely bypassing us. It felt very dismissive We ended up putting our cart back and leaving. I love supporting local businesses, but consistency in customer service matters, and today really missed the mark.

Jess was awesome , helped me find all the things I need for my new cat . I definitely like this place more than petco for pricing and service. Will be coming back
