Loki chewed on a stick that stabbed his gums causing an infection. Few days later his eye was bulging. Took him to blue pearl immediately that morning per my vet recommendation and was seen within half hour.They sedated him so could look in his mouth better and found an abscess at molar that was causing bulging eye. Luckily they were able to flush out the abscess and I was able to take him home same day. He was up next day finally moving around and interested in food again. He will be on antibiotics for abscess and eye ointment plus steroids for 10 days but he is already starting to get back to himself. They were kind and caring. Highly recommend especially if needed in emergency. Cost was less than expected as well. Even trimmed his nails while sedated thankfully cause that’s a chore he will not allow.. l might even make the drive and switch vets and go to blue pearl from now on.

They were able to get my senior girl in four a wound that appeared to be changing rapidly over 24 hours. The staff were knowledgable, compassionate, and helped my girl feel like herself. I am glad I brought my girl in so that things did nor get worse. I trust the staff here with all my dogs.

We have a female dog that just weaned off her 8 puppies. She started showing signs of mastitis very high temp, lethargic shivering and swollen mammary gland on one side. They got her in immediately and started to work on her. She was diagnosed with Mastitis and meds were prescribed. We got her home and the next day she was on the road to recovery chipper swelling down and attentive. The Dr and staff there were fantastic keeping me informed of what was happening and what needed to be done. Tier 1 service!! Having several hunting dogs we have been to Blue Pearl in the past and they have always been awesome professional and informed in all divisions. I will not hesitate to use their services again. We were extremely pleased with the staff at BluePearl. Our dog was suddenly injured, and we called them at 8:00 p.m. The staff members we spoke with were compassionate, professional, and helped keep me calm during a stressful situation. We drove two hours to bring our dog in for treatment. Upon arrival, we were promptly escorted to a triage room, where our dog was evaluated. As this is an emergency clinic, we understood there would be a wait, as animals with more critical conditions are seen first—which is exactly what should happen, just as in any emergency room. We were seen by Dr. Lisa Norquist, and X-rays were taken promptly. Fortunately, a fracture and dislocation were ruled out. We were sent home with a thorough review of the visit, detailed medication instructions, and clear guidance for our dog's care. Emergency veterinary clinics are not inexpensive, but I am incredibly grateful that BluePearl and its dedicated staff were there to care for our dog when we needed them most. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and excellent care. I am so thankful to have an emergency clinic like BluePearl available for my pets.

My pup, Murphy, had hundreds of porcupine quills removed. We were seen right away. I was very impressed with the kindness and thoroughness. Everyone working there had a welcoming attitude and a big smile on their face. Thank you for taking great care of Murphy. He's doing very well
