⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashlin Gallagher is absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, professional, and incredibly caring. She treated our dog with genuine affection and patience, making the entire experience stress-free and pleasant. The grooming was flawless - clean, precise, and beautifully done. You can clearly see her expertise and passion in every detail. Our dog looked fantastic and, most importantly, felt comfortable and happy. It is rare to find someone who combines technical skill with true love for what they do, and Ashlin does exactly that. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

We cannot express how much both of our puppies love Devon. Bentley our AmStaff is always excited to see her and get his nails trimmed and she is incredibly fast and patient with him because he hates getting his nails trimmed. She loves on our Holly and makes her look beautiful every time!!! They always treat our puppies as if they were their own. With love and compassion. We appreciate them more than they know.

Absolutely most amazing experience I have ever had with a grooming for my precious dog! From the professional customer service on the phone for booking to the level of trust they reassured me at drop off. I will be coming back and be a repeat customer!!!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel others should know. I brought my dog in for grooming and made it clear that I didn’t want her shaved down completely — just cleaned up and trimmed. I even showed them a photo of how I wanted her to look. They mentioned they might need to shave a few areas, and I agreed to that, but I did not agree to the extreme cut she ended up with. Her coat was shaved far shorter than it should have been, uneven in places, and her ears were left unfinished. I’ve never seen her look like this after a grooming. If they felt they needed to go any further, they should have called me first — but they didn’t. For a $90 grooming service, I expected professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Instead, my dog was returned looking nothing like the style I requested. I am requesting a refund, and will not be returning. The first photo is their work. The second photo was a different groomer who followed my instructions. I showed them this photo of my dog and said i want it like this. I hope this review helps other pet owners make an informed decision before booking
