(from Google)I had a very good experience here. They were able to get my kitty Sam in with a same day appointment on a Saturday. They were so gentle with my scared boy who had a respiratory infection and inflammation in his lungs. The office visit cost is very reasonable. ($50) The cost for the tests are about average. The vet tech that helped me, I think his name was Michael, was kind, empathetic and compassionate. I have multiple cats and I think this is going to be our go to spot from now on. Here's a picture of my orange boy, Sam Winchester, and his sister Fera.
Dr. Block & staff are so compassionate. Baby Cow loves to go see everyone, even with her broken toe. Thankful for them always!
I am so glad I picked this place to bring my cat, Ada. We saw Dr Iverson & her assistant. Ada was so calm while she was being examined. The exam was $40! They are very knowledgeable. I have decided to make them our forever vet spot. The next morning Lex the lady at the front desk called to check on Ada. A great place to bring your furry family member. THE BEST 💥
Stay away if you love your baby! Pictures tell a thousand words. I brought in my soul dog Baby and they diagnosed her with osteoarthritis by wiggling her leg a little and not one x-ray. They immediately, enthusiasticly suggested Librela, the miracle drug, with no warnings, verbally, written, nothing. She has six injections total and at that time I was not aware that it exasperates dementia along with creating other neurological disorders that she had to endure along with ataxia and incontinence. She got to the point where she barely walked I would have to help her. She died 6 months after her first injection. The doctor's knew not give Librela to a dog who is showing signs of any kind of dementia at all but they did anyway. My mother brought her dog there. He got Apoquel for itching, about 8 months later he stopped eating and took his last breath. I then took in my new rescue she's a Shih Tzu so they get very itchy they gave her immediately Cytopoint injection about 2 weeks after that she slowly stopped eating, sleeping a lot, crying out in pain and then I noticed blood in her urine and she had a bladder infection and a possible cancer in her bladder. Cytopoint does in fact hinder the immune system. The corporate doctors in this office know all of this they're very aware they give us no warning whatsoever! They're corporate buyouts and big pharma kickbacks killed two of my dogs and almost my third. I guess that's more important to them.
My dog did the unthinkable (in my eyes) and really caused some serious damage to herself. I did my very best to hold it together but honestly inside I was freaking out. The Dr., vet techs and the entire staff were so amazing to get my girl in right away (they squeezed us in the same day) and treated her so great. I was very glad that I chose them to take my baby to. They are not only amazing with my pup but were very thorough and did not rush the process , very knowledgeable and not were pushy. The Dr knew exactly what I knew just from the explanation I gave in the phone to someone else. She took and look and confirmed what I knew going in. I highly recommend Kenneth City neighbors to support local as much as possible but in This case Pinellas Park, St Pete and Largo you may want to come into St Pete and let the experts take care of your animals because they are very good and passionate about what they do. Agapi and I thank you guys very much. -Steven Thomas.
