Norma and Alex treat my Hudson like he was family. He has been going there for over 10 years now. Never once has there been an issue. Trusting someone with your baby isn't always easy. I do with them... 100%. Thank you guys.

I have never used a boarding service before. What I really like it that while the Spa is for dogs and cats, boarding is next door and cats only. So his "room" and play area is for cats only. Making it less stressful for him. My indoor only hairy baby is not a huge fan of change - he likes his domain. Since I adopted him at 12 weeks old he hasn't really been exposed to dogs or other animals. I needed him looked after for 3 days. I had to schedule a 5 day stay as it was over a weekend and I couldn't have him picked up before close on Saturday. I picked him up early Monday morning (9am). While he seemed peeved at me for leaving him for 5 days, he wasn't stressed. I felt they fed him according to my requirements (which they ask and note at drop off) and left his toys in his "room" for him to feel comfortable while I was away. I got all his belongs back as I left them, and I got Spike back groomed, nails clipped and on time. Call ahead, pay deposit and pay rest when you go in. For first time stays and after a year bring evidence of 'shots', they will remind you if there is evidence shots are due. They also offer a flea treatment - since they will be around other cats. It's optional if there is no evidence that your furry baby has fleas at drop off. I asked about grooming (just a bath and nails- no hair cut or extras) upon drop off and they were able to fit him in same day. Would and will use again when needed. I have booked 2x since and was informed that if I bring his brush they will spend some time brushing during play time, they clean the 'rooms' and litter boxes daily - wiping down everything and cleaning dishes at which time the cat(s) free time in the play area. I like this place mostly for the cat only environment but also the friendly and helpful staff. Also note that if the boarding phone number doesn't get an answer you can just call the Spa during business hours and you should be able to get a staff member.

Claws N Paws did a fantastic job with my handsome boy, Simon! Norma was especially helpful. She clearly explained the process, costs, and even shared some great tips for maintaining his grooming at home. I’m so happy with how my baby looks, and he seems much more energetic with his fresh haircut. I highly recommend Claws N Paws to any pet owner :)

I can’t say enough good things about Claws N Paws Day Spa! I have two dogs, and one of them is quite nervous when it comes to grooming. The staff is absolutely wonderful with her—so patient and gentle, and they always make her feel at ease. My other pup had an ear infection recently, and they were kind enough to point it out to me so I could get him to the vet right away. I really appreciate how attentive and caring they are. Their prices are very reasonable, and both of my dogs always come home looking like little show dogs—clean, fluffy, and smelling amazing. The entire team is so sweet and clearly loves what they do. I trust them completely with my fur babies. Highly recommend! 🐾💖
