Diamond pet grooming

my dogs came here today and came out shaking and crying. They always do well with pet grooming until we tried this place. They are friendly and never aggressive towards strangers but came out bald and showed signs of being abused at this place. I had a mean lady call and say my dogs who " pissed everywhere" are ready to pick up. When they got home they immediately went into hiding and were scared to be touched. Please protect your dogs and don't come here

I have been here 3 times total. Last time I came was in December and when I picked up my dog he had the worst cuts under his arms and belly. I got into an alteration with staff and owner over this. They offered me a spray to help with his cuts and a free cut next time. Fast fwd Today is March and cane in to honor that free cut and it was provided with a smile. I will say I was very upset about that initial situation but they kept their word and took care of my baby. For that I respect them and their business.

I recently took my Zoey to Diamond Pet Grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the services provided! Norma and her staff are incredibly skilled and caring. My furry friend always comes back looking fabulous and happy. I highly recommend for anyone looking to pamper their furry friends and supporting this local business! 🐾 🤩🤩🤩

I asked them to shave my dog Benji & the shave is so choppy and uneven on his paws and head. His tail looks horrible. What professional would cut a golden retriever’s tail like this? AND it was 125$ I thought he was going to look amazing and I was so wrong. He doesn’t smell dirty but he doesn’t smell like shampoo either. Customer service is poor as well, like you’re bothering when you call.

Yay! Finally a pet groomer that is great with my dog! We were so sad when Anna’s Pet Grooming sold…but we found out Norma opened a shop down the street! Norma did a fantastic job on my Tina. She has anxiety issues & Norma is always so patient with her.. when Anna shop closed, we tried a few other places, and every place made her bleed when they cut her nails. Thankfully, we can take Tina to Norma! Sorry she tore her cute bandana off in the car.. Thank you for the treat to eat when I got home Norma!!! 🐾🐶💙
