I had an emergency with a stray cat I feed I brought him i was panicked I explained my situation and that I couldn't afford the emergency treatment but the kind souls that work here where able to work around my situation and still treated the cat, I'm super grateful for what they did and recommend this place to anyone

My boy "Gunner" started running fever and began lossing weight. I walked inro the Spencer Animal Hospital just before closing. Stacy and Patty didn't waste anytime and made arrangement for us to see Dr. Penn. Dr. Penn made Gunner feel comfortable and was very thorough with his diagnosis. I couldn't ask for a better crew to take care of my Gunner. Kudos Spencer Animal Hospital you have a winning team.

I took my lab mix here for the first time yesterday knowing something was seriously wrong and trying to pretend it wasn’t. Long story short we ended up having to put our sweet boy down. The entire staff was so very kind including Dr. Penn. I will forever be grateful to them for being so patient with me as I was understandably distraught. His passing was very peaceful. I highly recommend!!

I can’t sing this places praises enough. Every single employee is very kind and considerate. I have enjoyed every doctor I’ve interacted with. The facility is always spotless and very well decorated, especially the dimmed lighting. Which makes it more calming and less clinical. Separate dog and cat waiting areas. It’s not huge so it really feels like your neighborhood vet. You can really feel the specialized care. And, all of that, for a very reasonable price! In particular, I am fond of their back door. When we were crying and in grief, we had a private exit straight to the parking lot. Not having to walk through the lobby that day was everything. We have had our fair share of terrible experiences with terrible vets at other local clinics. I just wish I found Spencer animal hospital sooner. Please go here!

Went here with a cat that was extremely sick and dehydrated. The entire staff seemed genuinely concerned and showed Meowth more compassion and love that I could have ever imagined! They were quick to answer and give advice the entire time and didn’t make me feel dumb when I was asking questions. Thank you all so much! Doctor Penn was especially amazing! Will only go here for my animal needs from now on.
