I just went 8/22/24 and it was a great spot. I am a single girl so I was a bit concerned about how safe I would feel walking in this park and how vast it was. To start it is a park that has 7 miles of walking paths. These paths are tucked in between little neighborhoods in the woods. The paths are well maintained and could easily be wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible. There are a few inclines here and there but mostly flat walking. I enjoyed that there was a lot of shade and beautiful scenery with the well made bridges and creek that runs along the trails. I will say that I think it is hard to keep up with where you’re at in the trail but most of the trail is straight with no turns so not too hard to navigate back. I do love that there was signal the whole time I was walking the trail and frequent access to neighborhoods if I felt uncomfortable I wasn’t without resources. I seen quite a lot of moms with babies and teenagers on the trails. For parking I would say it is not the best. The start of the greenway is at an elementary school. So if it is a school day and school hours the parking tremendously is more limited to one small section to about 10 parking spaces. On non school occasions I have been told you can use the elementary school parking as well. There is also a playground right at the beginning of the trail which is nice for kids. It has a structure, slide, and swingsets.

Nice little pave trail that's easy to get to from the university by car in about 10 minutes. Pretty quiet when we were there with only a few bikers and they were all very respectful. Mostly in the shade even midday. Little River nearby but it moves fast enough that there were no bugs. It ties into the Mallard Creek Greenway so you could be on quite a long bike ride on a smooth cave trail.

Nice trail for walking and cycling. Walking path along the creek with soothing sound of flowing water makes this trail a great experience. Lots of people are walking and cycling which makes you feel safe. Also there is playground at the entrance of Clarks creek to keep your young ones occupied.

Convenient location. Ample signage. Signs for safety and map of the trail. Very good terrain for walking. Ups and downs will give your heart rate a challenge. The creek that runs through the park is very soothing and clean. For dog walkers there are poop bags to keep the trail clean. The park runs behind a few homes with no fence or barrier. Good walk or bike ride!

I'm from out of town and really liked this trail. Unfortunately I didn't see the trail map until I was done. It's really nice, paved and scenic. The sound of the creek is very relaxing. Seems to be kid friendly too. I'd love to explore it more someday that I have more time.
