(from Google)What an EXCELLENT first experience!! Everyone was kind & considerate & very welcoming. They explained things very thoroughly before the groom & after the wellness check. My boy, Auggie (6.5 yo Goldendoodle) looks AMAZING!! We are NOW Members of Scenthound ((Centennial). THANK YOU for making this an “easy” transition. See you soon!! ✌🏼💞🐾
I took my dog, Luca Leo, to Scenthound – Centennial West, and overall it was a good experience. Booking was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. The team member who checked us in was welcoming and inviting, which made the visit start off on a positive note. My little guy was done in about 35 minutes, and everything felt efficient and low stress. I originally came in because there was a great deal available. I didn’t fully understand why someone might choose a wash without a blowout, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect the experience. The membership option is interesting and seems like it makes the most sense for households with larger dogs or more frequent visits. While it may not be the best fit for me right now, I’m open to coming back and giving them another try in the future.
The staff are always so great. Paris and Ruthie make Piper feel welcomed and get her excited to be there. Starr, and the rest of the team did a great job with her bath and trim. Piper always seems so happy and smells so good when she leaves. It’s hard to trust your baby with others, so it’s refreshing to know Piper is in safe hands.
We brought our 11 month old Australian Shepherd in that we had just rescued two weeks earlier. They seem very nice and he was not at all nervous when we picked him up. He looks really good.
Our dog LOVES this place. The grooming is consistent and super quick, his longest stay was around 2 hours. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus our dog loves to go, which is a refreshing change from the cowering and shaking he did at his previous groomer. We pay $70/month for unlimited baths, nail trims, ear cleanings, and tooth brushing. We pay a nominal fee for all that plus a brush and blow out, and when we do get him groomed, it’s still significantly less than we were paying in the past. All in all, a win-win.
