😡 Terrible Experience — This Business Chooses Division Over Customers! 😡 I can’t believe I walked into what I thought would be a fun place to watch the big game, only to be met with silence during the halftime show because the owner decided to mute it for personal reasons. Instead of letting customers enjoy a shared cultural moment, the choice was made to forcefully remove the sound and strip the experience away from everyone. That’s not good hospitality — that’s imposing your own preferences on paying guests. This isn’t about whether someone likes or dislikes the artist or the performance. The Super Bowl halftime show is one of the most-watched entertainment events in the country, and lots of us come together to watch, talk about it, and enjoy the moment. Yet here we were, sitting in a restaurant/bar that silenced it and denied customers the chance to listen. That’s not unity — that’s division. A business should welcome its guests and let people enjoy their experience, not force its personal views onto them. If you want to mute the show at home, fine — but don’t ruin it for the customers who came to watch and support your establishment. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest they think twice about choosing their own agenda over basic respect for everyone who walks through those doors. Zero stars — absolutely disappointing. Where has our country gone when businesses pick sides instead of encouraging people to come together?

Burger wasn't seasoned well. Onion rings on my western burger were rock hard. Waffle fries were over cooked. Staff was great, burgers were mid at best. Was charged $1.50 to add lettuce and onion on my burger, who does that!?

The food was excellent!! I had the California Lucy burger and upgraded from fries to Jumbo Tater Tots with an ice-cold beer. Everyone was nice, but service could have been a little better. Thanks to Cynthia, she jumped in and helped me with food choice selection, and she was great at explaining the food ingredients and also getting a beer for me. I will be back to try the spicier Lucy burger.

Nothing crooked about this, we thought this was a free standing building but its attached to a hotel. Definitely worth visiting. Good food, large selection of draft beers. Its the only location within Arizona. My turkey sandwich was good, fish tacos were tasty, beer was cold. 👍

This was perfect stop to meet with a friend after work, and I didn’t really focus on the service and the quality of the food much. Excellent location attached to the hotel. I confessed that the food was to fill the empty stomach and so I could drink more cold beer. The nachos was a bit soggy and didn’t taste the most fresh, but the flat bread was delicious. It was so crispy and the even amount of cheese on each slice. I think next time I will come back for the drinks and will try some friends and dessert instead.
