100% recommend. Victor was a spectacular teacher in the puppy class. Very affordable puppy class. Great socialization for puppies. AKC training certificate issued at end of class.

I was overwhelmed with information but the puppy class was a great introduction and great experience for my new puppy.

While I understand we all need to be safe during the Covid crisis, this organization could still provide outdoor classes to owners needing puppies socialized. Instead, we received an email notice that all classes are cancelled indefinitely. I also asked to be contacted by my instructor, by email, and never was. I guess I'll hope for some nice dog owners at the park to say hello to my puppy.

This organization is very unprofessional and do not actually care about your dog and it’s training. The instructor I had completely ignored my dog and I the entire 8 weeks because my dog was a pit bull. My dog is very sweet and never did anything wrong to make her act like this towards us. The second the instructor saw my dog she had a nasty attitude towards both of us. I went to class every week to be ignored by the trainer, But I still listened and worked with my dog and my dog and I were doing amazing with the training without her help. At the end of the 8 week session, my dog was doing better than most of the other dogs in the class. They had a graduation ceremony and the instructor continued to ignore me until she had given certificates and treats to every single other dog in the class and then told me she could not give my dog one because of the fact my dog did not interact with her during the class. WHEN SHE IS THE ONE WHO IGNORED MY DOG AND CHOSE NOT TO INTERACT WITH MY DOG. very very rude. Not worth the money. You can learn the same thing they teach you on YouTube for FREE and without rude instructors judging you. I observed her be very rude to other dogs and their owners over the course of the 8 weeks.

Was interested in the Beginners dog training class because of website information. Trainers were nice and apparently knowledgable. However, classes were held in a basketball gym, extremely noisy acoustics and two other classes going on at same time. Could only hear a fraction of what instructor was saying, so unclear what I was suppose to be doing sometimes. Some individual instruction, but large enough class and noisy, so difficult to ask for help or be clear what was being ask of me and my dog. Also mostly treat oriented, which makes it difficult in the real world, when dog won't respond if there isn't a treat involved. Shamed, by instructors, for not being interesting enough or not excited and positive enough or not having the tastiest treats enough (used treats suggested by instructors) to gain his attention, when my dog didn't pay attention to me. Will try another type of training somewhere else when can afford another class or maybe individual training. Attempted to gain as much from this class as possible and do think I got some helpful info. After the first meeting, no refund, so felt obligated to finish going, though dreaded going, not fun for me, so apparently not fun for the dog either (extreme noise, extreme number of distractions).
