Never of any assistance. The receptionist isn’t very knowledgeable. If your pet is prescribed a medication and you later need it you will only be allowed to get it if the dr who actually seen your pet is in office. He has seen more than one vet but the receptionist insists he hasn’t. The wellness plan is a joke and I cannot wait until the contract is over.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this veterinary clinic, the Nashville West Banfield! Over the years, they have consistently provided exceptional care for my cats, whether it’s routine wellness visits, urgent care during sickness, or the incredibly difficult moments when it’s time to say goodbye. Their customer service is second to none. They are always kind, professional, and empathetic—not only prioritizing the comfort and wellness of my furry friends but also showing such compassion and understanding toward me as their owner. Every staff member I’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to make sure both pets and humans feel supported. The clinic is in a great location, which is just the cherry on top of their outstanding services. We’ve been with them for years, and I can’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do! You are so appreciated. 5 stars, through and through! We also love that we can pop into other clinics if needed so this is a major plus for us since managing kitty care and work schedules can be tough. We just LOVE Banfield Pet Hospital!

I've been taking my mini dachshund to Banfield West Charlotte Pike for 5 years and they have always taken great care of her. We've never had a bad experience here. Everyone has always treated us very kind and they are straight forward about the cost of her visits. Thank you all for taking such great care of Sophie.

Very good experience bringing in a rescue for our rescue organization. I found everything to be well organized, and the staff very friendly! Most importantly, everyone was professional. We will be working with Banfield for multiple visits as we treat this rescue for Heartworms. The rescue was a challenge, and they were able to handle the dog, very professionally, for bloodwork and shots. Prices are cheaper than other area vets, which is why we brought our rescue to Banfield. I’ve owned dogs and have helped in rescue for over 30 years. If you look at the reviews of all vets, you will see people listing negative reviews instead of discussing the situation with the medical staff. That is unfortunate. If I have questions, I ask. I don’t run home and post a negative review just to make myself feel better. I would hope you think of that as you look at reviews for all medical professionals. And a majority of all of us can be thankful that our own job ratings are not posted publicly for all to see.

The staff at Banfield West is amazing. Very considerate and truly care about the well-being of your pet. They have Covid precautions in place to protect pets and owners, and are fantastic at keeping you updated while your pet has their exam. 10/10 would recommend to any pet owner. My dog had an injury recently that while not an emergency, needed immediate attention. Within 15 minutes i was able to schedule an appointment, my dog was seen in less than 45 minutes. I LOVE this locations and it's staff. These are some Grade A, Prime Choice humans. 🙌🏽
