I brought home my stray kitten Flynn a little over two weeks ago and we made a visit to Petfolk the very same day! He’s been back a few times now for some stomach issues and Dr. Crissy Allstott and her vet tech have been so sweet and loving with my new fur baby every time. The visits were informative and timely given that this is also an urgent care clinic. You can find discounts for first time visits online and they offer a $199 one time payment for a membership that essentially covers the cost of a routine visit and discounts shots and vaccines (a blessing financially). Really glad I found Petfolk and know that my little Flynn is in good hands as he continues to grow. 🧡

Just like to say I’m glad I made the choice to follow up with the neurologist here I was referred here for my frenchie bulldog for poss early signs of ivdd the staff here was amazing and helpful and was still able to help me with a treatment plan although they did recommend mri unfortunately at the moment I don’t financially have that and tried to apply for the cards. Even tho they have been extremely helpful I had to rush here at 4 am with my fur baby king he was so much pain and immediately they were to his care I knew I was in good hands and the staff was very sweet and helpful so I knew my fur baby was in good hands as well that matters to me. Thank you again I highly recommend if you have any emergency come here;)

I intended to write this 4 months ago… I can’t sing the praises of Petfolk enough! My precious Bella (Maltese-mix) had a life-threatening emergency Nov, 2025. Petfolk’s care and concern was immense - outmatched only by their medically sound guidance and their customer service! The care they provided Bella just by phone far exceeded what she received at the veterinarian ER I ultimately took her to. I only took her to the ER instead of Petfolk because she needed some diagnostic imaging that Petfolk, being an UC didn’t have. Some detail… Bella had GI bleeding (literally dripping blood from her rearend), she hadn’t eaten or drank any water for a day and a half and was listless. I thought it was due to food she ate, but in hindsight, I realize it was likely due to a new supplement I had just started giving her and my other pup. I feared Bella had pancreatitis. I found Petfolk online and called them. I spoke to Cristiana who triaged then promptly connected me with Jesse in telehealth. They both were amazing! They took my concerns very seriously. They asked me specific questions and gave me sound advice. They even followed up on Bella’s care closely later that day and again a few days later when Savannah phoned me. All of this, and Bella was never even their patient! They’ve never seen or treated her. And they didn’t bill me for the telehealth encounter. Everything they did was just out of genuine care and concern. And they continually gave timely, quality medical advice for days after (this is in stark contrast to the ER I ultimately took Bella to, but that’s a different review for a different day). I hope neither of my pups ever need urgent vet care, but most likely they will. When/if that day comes, they’re going to Petfolk! Petfolk also provides general veterinary care and have membership plans. I have found my pups forever care providers in Petfolk!

The Dog

Finally have the emotional strength to leave a review. We took our baby here after being sick for a day or two. The ENTIRE team did everything they could to help our little boy. They didn’t stop until the very end. They even stayed AFTER closing time to try and save our baby. The customer service is immaculate and they are there to help you in anyway they can. Unfortunately our kitty passed away but they did everything they could to help. They went above and beyond and wouldn’t have gotten elsewhere even if I had the chance. Will be taking my pets here for future appointments.

My husband and I took Max (our beloved 14 year old rottie) to the vet as a walk in because he was crying when moving his neck. They were able to see us the same day, get bloodwork, and X rays to rule out the scary diagnoses. They reassured us when necessary and were prompt with results. They healed up Max with meds and he’s back to being his sweet playful self. The team at Petfolk is compassionate and treated max like they’ve been seeing him for years. I will absolutely be returning for routine check ups and anything else my pups need.
