It was a clean park, but the equipment is very aged and the pond was very dirty. Not somewhere I'd go again.

Beautiful park. The park has a track to walk/run and you can take your pets. The park is always clean. People are friendly.

We recently visited Jan Jennings Park for our baby’s photoshoot, and it turned out to be such a delightful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, surrounded by greenery and open spaces that made us feel instantly relaxed. The gentle breeze and the sound of birds created a soothing environment, perfect for capturing those special moments. One of the highlights of the park is its beautiful lake — calm, clean, and wonderfully scenic. The reflection of the trees and sky on the water added such a magical touch to our photos. The park also has plenty of shaded areas and walking paths, making it easy to move around and find the perfect shooting spots. What stood out the most was how well-maintained and quiet the park was. Even though we visited during the day, it wasn’t crowded, allowing us to take our time and enjoy the surroundings. The natural lighting around the lake and open fields worked perfectly for photography. Overall, Jan Jennings Park is a lovely place not only for photoshoots but also for peaceful family outings or picnics. We left with beautiful pictures and even better memories. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and calm, scenic views!

It's a pretty park, kid friendly. Sometimes you will see kid's sports teams holding practice there. Many people bring their dogs but it's still kid friendly. The lake is beautiful with ducks, fish, and there is a crane that sometimes visits. There is a nice walk way and wheelchair accessibility but I only wish it wasn't covered in gravel, most people and my dogs prefer the pavement and the gravel wears down fast.
