We are so lucky to be Christina’s clients! I’ve taken my golden retriever to many groomers over the years and Christina is BY FAR the best. She goes above and beyond to care for and love my pup. It makes such a big difference to have a groomer who makes a personal relationship with you and your dog. She is absolutely amazing at grooming golden retrievers and big shedding dogs. My pup is always happy and smells & looks perfect after her appointments.

I have been looking for the perfect groomer for my Bearded Collie & finally found my “go-to”. Christina is so wonderful. After meeting her and discussing what I was wanting, I knew I had left my fur baby in good hands. My Bearded Collie has the BEST new haircut and I cannot stop obsessing over how good he looks!! Hands down my new favorite groomer. We’re both excited to go back. I drove 40 minutes just to get my dog groomed & it was 100% worth the trip!! DELMAR DOGGIE DESIGN NEARLY KILLED MY DOG. My dog’s quality of life substantially declined after his first visit to this groomer. For 10 years while we lived in Texas my dog never had any issues at his groomer. After moving to St. Louis and choosing this place, Christina (the owner), decided to feed my 10-year-old poodle without my permission, during his visit, because she thought he looked underweight. Christina then attempted to conceal the fact that my dog had been vomiting shortly after he was given food she described as being soaked in hot water. Minutes after my dog returned home from his grooming appointment he began to throw up all over the house. When I asked Christina why she felt it was okay to feed my poodle without my permission and without knowledge of his medical history, she could only discuss the number of years she’d been a groomer. An experienced groomer would never feed your fur-baby. Christina lacks empathy and is negligent, she assumed the role of a veterinarian and my dog’s life has changed forever because of this. I’m sharing my experience, so this doesn’t happen to your cherished pet. I read the reviews on Google and decided to use Delmar Doggie Design that was a huge mistake. There are many respectable pet groomers in St. Louis, Delmar Doggie isn’t one of them. I’ve included a picture of my dog before Christina tried to kill him.

Awesome groomers, been going to them ever since we've moved here in April. Our fur babies always looks good when they walk out from the groomers. Keep up the awesome work .

I have taken my Pomeranian Toastie to DDD several times already and have been very satisfied each time! He always looks and smells amazing afterwards, and his fur feels so soft, I can't help but bury my face in it. You can tell they spent the time to really get out the excess fur and make him feel super soft and silky. This last time I decided to switch things up and ask for a puppy cut, and I was SOOO happy with what I got! Toastie gets even more squeals and gasps from people on the street, and I can't stop cuddling him, he looks so cute. I had my sister bring her Pom Pancake to them, too, and she says they do a better job than PetSmart at a better price. Christina and her staff at DDD always do an amazing job, they're accommodating and flexible to their clients' needs, and they seem to genuinely care about very dog that comes through. I will keep taking Mr. Toastie to them as long as I can.
