I brought my dog here for an ear infection, but the experience was very frustrating and scandalous. Instead of focusing on the immediate issue, the veterinarian (the man with the turban) attempted to push $400 worth of lab results and to flush his ears which seems excessive. How is that going to help anything by identifying bacteria? Get outta here with that! I obviously refused! and ended up getting the medication for only $150. Don’t go to this location! It’s frustrating how he wants to charge something big for something minor. The other female veterinarian looks it was her first day on the job. It makes me upset on how he was trying to look and sound serious about the bogus “lab results”only a dull person would agree with him

Please do your research before coming here and be on HIGH alert. I had a very upsetting experience where an animal went in alive and did not come back out, and the entire situation was heartbreaking. Communication technically existed, but it was all over the place, with different people telling different things and no clear, consistent explanation of what was happening or who was actually in charge of the care. We were never clearly told who was treating the animal or who was responsible. After everything, I checked the DCA licensing database on my own and could not find clear, valid licensing information for this location, which raised serious concerns for me. That is not something any pet owner should have to question when they are already under stress. I am truly sad and heartbroken that something like this could happen. The lack of clarity, transparency, and consistency made an already devastating situation even worse. This is not something I would want anyone else to go through, and I strongly suggest people do their research and stay on HIGH alert before trusting this place with their pet. I will not be using my personal email to write this review and if you love your pet don't bring it here.

I am completely blown away by the compassion and dedication of this team. Dr. Singh is amazing and has helped me with my cats emergency surgery and his recovery. Thanks to him and my staff my cat will have a long and healthy life.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this animal hospital. I was in a complete panic after my friend’s cat broke his leg and I had no idea where to go. I rushed to several different hospitals in the area and every place I visited quoted extremely high prices and felt impersonal and rushed. This hospital was the last place I decided to try and thank God they were open on the weekend when most places weren’t. Not only was their pricing very reasonable, but from the moment I walked in, I could tell they genuinely cared about both the animals and their owners. They did an amazing job repairing his leg, and he is healing beautifully. The staff was kind, patient, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. You can truly feel that this team loves what they do and treats every pet like their own. They were so wonderful that I actually decided to switch my own cat’s care over to them. That says everything. If you’re ever in an emergency or just looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and skilled veterinary team, this is the place to go. 🐾💖

I found and rescued a puppy 5 months ago last night she cut and hurt herself .I needed emergency help.every place I went only saw doller signs without care and compassion. After doing my best to bandage my pup and calling every local vet I finally found Valerie at THIS AMAZING VETS BALDY VEIW ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN LA VERNE. Not only did they say bring her in they cared more for my loved puppy and they actually gave me peace of mind with helping me as im in financial distress at the moment and not causing me more mental stress. Its a business but they CARED THEY WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT ANY OTHER vet place would do for me.if you have ANIMALS or loved ones of the furry kind this by far is the place you shall go ..they actually care.VALERIE is a 😇 ANGEL. THE OWNER WAS VERY COOL AND THE doc the vet' was awsome they all cared.i will never go any where else this vet deserves all my business now and going forward.
