Totally recommend them loved it super friendly extremely professionally Brooke and Astrid where amazing thank you so much for being my first time I loved it and glad I was able to bring turbo in.

Dr. Brinkley and the staff at this Banfield location saved my dogs life. For 2-3 weeks my dog has been sick with some of the worst symptoms I've ever seen. She didn't eat nor drink water for two weeks, not to mention the vomiting, incontinence and tremors. We had four visit within that time frame, trying to pinpoint the cause. We finally got an answer today, and for the first time in two weeks my dog was interested in treats and ate a small amount of food. Immediately after leaving the vet, she had the energy to jump in the car, something we havent seen in a week. I cant thank the staff and Dr. Brinkley enough for saving my dogs life and caring enough about her to keep trying different test until we finally found the answer.

0 stars if I could. Total incompetence and complete lack of service. We brought our German Shepard in TWICE for an inflamed red eye. The first time she was prescribed eye drops which did nothing but make her more uncomfortable. The second time she was prescribed an ointment. AN OINTMENT? Also did nothing. We finally request to be prescribed antibiotics as it’s very likely she got some bacteria in her eye from our backyard. The doctor essentially tells us NO and says that we need to see a specialty veterinarian at our expense. We already pay for a wellness plan with Banfield. Apparently there are limits to the care they are willing to provide (it’s not like they CAN’T prescribe antibiotics but that they WON’T) even at a paying customer’s reasonable request. Ridiculous.

Such bad experience I was SHOCKED to my core. Came in early one morning, worried sick about my little pup bc he was coughing up blood and breathing irregularly. This had never happened to him before. I was so shook up. The receptionist did not care. She was incredibly rude and uncaring! She proceeded to say that they can keep him in the back in a crate but the doctor wouldn’t be in for about another hour and a half and if anything happened to him that they wouldn’t be liable. At that very moment he puked blood all over the floor and instead of her helping me in any way, she just frowned and made a face and told me to get the wipes and clean it up. I clearly needed help and support. This woman did not give a crap. It’s like she didn’t want to be there. Why hire people like this. The energy was so bad. I’ll never ever ever recommend this clinic. I’ll actually do the opposite and let everyone know to avoid such a careless environment. I see I’m not the first one to post about this lack of caring and I’m sure I won’t be the last.

Dr. Joy and the staff were more than compassionate and helpful as my little Angel (chihuahua) had to go under anesthesia for dental and a small surgery.
