Hub or Conroe is awesome! People who work there are kind and patient. The vet was very caring and explained things in a way that was clear and not confusing. He took his time with our asthmatic cat and gave us suggestions of how we can do things differently at home and gave us medication for him without charging us an arm and a leg!

Incredible care and attention to my pet! No wasted time, yet thorough and compassionate. Very affordable pricing that reflects a clinic/team that is genuine about diagnosing, treating and helping animals heal rather than profits. I even received a message asking how Starla was doing the day after our visit! The place was clean, neat and tidy. Staff is phenomenal! I can't say enough about HUB Veterinary Group! Their sincerity and passion truly stand out.

Dr. Mueller and the team at Hub Veterinary Clinic took great care of our cat, Mizuki, at her annual wellness check. The staff was friendly and calm, which really helped keep her relaxed, and Dr. Mueller took time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. His experience was obvious & has obviously been doing this for a while! Mizuki left with a clean bill of health — and we left feeling confident she’s in great hands. Really appreciate the kindness and professionalism here. Highly recommend!

I am beyond grateful to HUB Veterinary Group – Conroe for saving my baby Isabella’s life. She needed urgent surgery, and the entire team acted quickly, professionally, and with so much compassion. Dr. Herb Muller was calm, confident, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and took immediate action. Thanks to him, Isa is now doing very well. We truly feel he gave her a second chance. I especially want to recognize Maggie, the doctor’s assistant. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. When you are emotionally overwhelmed and scared for your pet, having someone like her makes such a difference. She treats the animals as if they were her own and genuinely cares about the families too. Her warmth and reassurance meant so much to us during such a difficult moment. Thank you for taking such good care of Isa. We will always be grateful. 🐾💕

I sincerely cannot say enough about HUB and their staff! My sweet girl Stella had a really scary weekend and HUB came to her rescue. She had a linear obstruction which required emergency surgery, and then unfortunately, a few days later, required another emergency surgery to remove a section of her bowels that were dying due to the string she swallowed. Throughout this horribly traumatic and scary experience, the staff at HUB has held me while I sobbed and spiraled, and took the best care of my sweet girl. Hillarie is amazing. Dr Muller is wonderful. Everyone here is the definition of an angel on earth! Hillarie checks up regularly on my sweet girl as she recovers and is always available for questions. The comfort they’ve brought me as a pet owner throughout this is genuinely immeasurable!! Your fur babies are in excellent hands at HUB and it’s incredibly clear after basically living there for days that these people are so passionate about animals and keeping them safe and healthy. Truly, I can’t say enough and will never ever forget the names and faces who helped us through this. Stella is not out of the woods yet and our next few days are critical, but I know she has the best possible outlook thanks to HUB!
