Some employees were helpful got my birds feathers clipped. I felt bad for the nice workers as they looked scared and nervous. There are a couple grouchy old woman who were so rude that work there, It seems like a Hostlile workplace.

Great place for a verity of bird food and products. Amazing customer service. They will help you load everything into your vehicle. Don't forget to check out their aviary.

I went here i love checking different brid store out i have a parkeet name Venus and billy and was looking for a better bigger cage then what I had and walk right in and they so helpful I haven't had a bird sent I was 6 years old so 30 years and when I got in they help me find a prefect cage and a new friend I name neighthan and Tammy is the best she help me and my mom Tammy out with everything I was amazed how helpful she was when my mom told my dad he wanted to go now he even asking my mom when we go back and I saw the African grey she so petty I wish I could give her a loving home Venus my yellow billy my white my baby boy is grey that neighthan and when my cousin come up im draging there to see the all bird my favorite place thank you Tammy for neighthan my grey blue baby parkeet and helping me picking out this wonderful cage they love it💕

Staff is very helpful. Lots of beautiful birds. They answer almost every question you can have regarding your birds and make recommendations that helped me a lot such as which birds to go together and which cannot. Helped me a lot. They have seed mixes available for almost ever bird breeds there are. They come in small bags ramging in sizes up to 25 pound sacks. And their prices are very respectable. For example a 25 pound sack of finch food is 24 dollars at this posting And they have supplies for breeders too including nesting boxes specific to every breed. You will notice they have lots of customers who have serious bird collections buying sacks of food and supplies. So that make me feel secure in the fact they are knowledgeable and prices must be good. So check out some of my videos and photos of the store. I love Magnolia Bird Farm! My family got our cockatiel from here a couple months ago and things have been going smoothly. When I first entered the store, I noticed that it was very clean and the birds looked healthy and well-cared for. The staff was very knowledgeable, they informed us on how to take care of Stormy (the bird), and recommended toys and food for the bird. At first, they introduced us to little pied cockatiel, but we ended up with the standard gray-colored one that stole our hearts. Overall, it was a great experience coming to Magnolia Bird Farm, and we will be stopping by regularly to buy supplies and possibly another bird in the future!
