Chuck & Don's Pet Food & Supplies

I've been shopping at Ford Parkway Chuck & Don's for about a year now. Warning to black shoppers: the brunette supervisor is wholly committed to the idea that if you're black, you must be a thief. She follows me around while I shop, she runs to the office to watch me on CCTV while I shop, she even added a note to my Friends of Chuck profile pretty much saying that I'm a thief. I'm not embarrassed or ashamed because she chooses to act in this manner. I'm a disabled veteran, a small business owner, and a law abiding citizen. I've never stolen anything in my life. I spend many thousands of dollars on my cats a year, at multiple pet shops, whether national shops or local mom & pop stores. People know me by name when I go to other stores. Everyone is always super kind and helpful. I would say the same about Ford Parkway Chuck & Don's, at least for just about everyone other than the brunette supervisor. POC shoppers, BEWARE!

I always have a pleasant experience at Chuck & Don’s in Highland Park. Staff there is always courteous, friendly, and helpful. They also carry a great variety of dog treats for my faithful companion.

we had never been to Chuck & Don's. ever, and we are sorry for that. other stores feel very pedestrian and the people feel more like cashiers. at Chuck & Don's, they ACTUALLY helped us make a few decisions for our newly adopted cats. we will always be Chuck & Don's customers. Thank you!

Went there for the first time and had an amazing experience! I'm so used to cats being ignored but this location had a spectacular variety of cat treats and toys that weren't just friskies or neon colored feathers. The worker (Mal?) was super helpful in picking out some new goodies for my boys, they're going nuts over the highlighter yellow crochet toy. 10/10 for quality treats, toys, and staffing

Helped me with my new puppy’s nutritional intake. Training treats and so much more. This is where I will be going from now on. Such an upbeat group who really care about your fur babies
