I love this place! I try to support local and buy from here for my dog. Normally, the checkout folks are amazing and helpful! The young man working today was maybe having a bad day, but he was rude and ignored my questions when checking me out. He had just had a very bad attitude towards me like I was a big bother. I can understand that people have bad days or cannot answer questions, but the wrong thing to do is ignore questions a customer asks. If you do not know the answer, that is fine; but this is when you ask a manager for help or get someone to help you. You don't give a customer an attitude and ignore them. Just wow. Update-05.07.25 The business called me to get further details, to address the issue, and told me that they will be addressing the actions to provide a better experience for customers. Thank you! Olsen’s has everything I need for my growing homestead. I’ve found that they offer better pricing than all the box stores around town on dog, chicken and bird food. Their availability is far superior as well. In addition, every time I come in, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Last time I was in, I met the manager for the first time.
