Kim thinks it’s okay for someone to take your packages if you haven’t retrieved them from your porch. Not a trustworthy person to allow in your home or on your property, never mind taking care of a beloved pet.

The only folks I trust to look after my cat while I'm away! Get daily pictures, notes, updates on how he's doing. It's a great load off my mind while I'm away, and they always go above and beyond! They've helped vacuum up near the litter before.

Kim and her crew did a wonderful job caring for my 13-year-old fur baby and my fish over the 4th of July weekend. Inside and Out Pet Care has an app where I could regularly check to see how my senior Shiba Inu was doing. I was so thankful for the peace of mind while I was celebrating my son’s basic training graduation. I will gladly recommend Kim to anyone 🐕

My husband and I were visiting Loveland, Colorado, with our two golden retrievers: Benney, two years old and Harley, 10 months old. My husband travels for work, so I was left in our motorhome with our two active dogs. I was looking for a daycare facility to occasionally put my dogs in during the day since having two dogs was becoming a challenge. Harley needed some training, and I didn’t have much time to do the training on my own. Instead, I found Inside and Out Pet Care on the internet and noticed that in addition to home care visits, they also did dog training. Both our dogs had gone to puppy class but needed more follow-through and training for some more specific bad habits, ie. jumping/pulling. I called Inside and Out Pet Care and spoke with Talaya. Talaya went over some of the available options. Kim, the owner, received a notification of training and immediately contacted me. We discussed a plan for learning and goals I hoped to achieve. Since we were only going to be in Loveland for a few more weeks while visiting family, she was agreeable to several one-on-one sessions, and training began immediately at the RV Park. Many of my concerns were addressed with our youngest, Harley. Harley has responded well to the training sessions. Kim was fantastic with Harley and was very patient with both of us! I was given direction on how the dog’s mind works and to take baby steps before you can add more steps to learning. I also learned to reinforce the basics as a dog owner (sit, stay, down) which was important before moving to more complicated commands. Kim also showed me some advance techniques for Harley. I learned a great deal working with Kim, and I believe Harley has significantly improved with only a few lessons. I would highly recommend Kim and her organization for any of your pet training needs - from basic concepts and advanced. Kim is experienced with many breeds and loves dogs!
