Simply the best. Great customer service as well.

I have been a client here for many years, dating back to high school, and I have since completed my master’s degree. Unfortunately, over time the quality of customer service has steadily declined. It often feels as though, because of the high volume of patients they see, they no longer care about clients returning. This is especially disappointing because the staff was once incredibly kind, empathetic, and attentive. I want to be clear that the veterinarians themselves are not the issue. I have never had a problem with any of the doctors and have always found them to be professional and caring. The main concern lies with some of the nurses and assistants. When I ask questions about my pet’s care or the procedures being performed, they often appear offended and speak to me in a condescending way, as if I’m uneducated and can’t grasp simple medical terms. There have also been multiple occasions when staff enter the exam room and attempt to take my pet without explaining the purpose or next steps. As a pet owner, it is important to be informed and involved in decisions regarding my pet’s care, and that consideration has been lacking.

I took my dog Lucero to be spayed, and the service was excellent. Thank you to the organizations that helped me with this rescue. I recommend this hospital; my experience was positive.

The vet and staff are very knowledgeable and caring. We love this place. We can tell the difference from taking our pets elsewhere. They have a real Emergency Animal Hospital during their working hours, I went without an appointment. You can see they are all animal lovers. They have a real nice and clean dog park free for their customers in the back of the parking lot; I haven't seen one of those anywhere else in the island! No other vet service comes close, in my opionion. Me, my family and close friends all bring our pets here. For us there is no better place to take our beloved creatures. I rate this place as Amazing. 😁🇵🇷
