I was disappointed with the customer service at this facility. As a first-time visitor, there was no greeting, explanation of the process, or acknowledgment from staff when I walked in. I noticed several other customers experiencing the same thing. Multiple people appeared confused about the check-in process because no staff member took the initiative to explain how things worked. What was most frustrating was watching customers approach employees for help and receiving little to no acknowledgment. At the same time, several employees were gathered in the back talking and laughing while customers waited for assistance. There also seemed to be very little sense of urgency. Employees often appeared to wait until they finished their conversations before helping customers, which only increased wait times and frustration. I understand employees can socialize during downtime, but greeting customers, acknowledging their presence, and explaining the process—especially to first-time visitors—should be a priority. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and disorganized. A simple greeting, better communication, and a greater sense of urgency would go a long way toward improving the customer experience. Unfortunately, based on my visit, customer service does not seem to be a priority.

Baby boy got neutered today and he did great! The staff was friendly and they handled him so well. Definitely recommend for any services you might be needing for your pets.

I have taken all my animals to spay/neuter here because they’re a local low cost clinic. All my babies healed quickly and without incident. I am ALWAYSSS recommending them to my clients when they mention they have unfixed animals (it always comes up somehow when i ask if they have any pets) It’s an easy process, just drop off and pick your pets off at the times they provide and follow the aftercare, and they’re good! Thank you guys for providing these basic pet services at an affordable rate in a world where vet services are at an all time high! EDIT: If negative reviews about front desk service deter you. Please consider that this is a low cost clinic in a world where vet tech degrees are tens of thousands of dollars. They are providing a service for you for the betterment and safety of animals. It’s a labor of love, not your local restaurant.

Super friendly staff and their services is fast (in my case, err..my pet's case [neutering] not a minute longer of waiting time). They kept us well-informed all the time. To top it all, their pricing is super duper affordable..

The process of setting up the appointment to the day of her surgery was streamlined and the staff was great.. My dog recovered very quickly and was up a running in no time with little to no scarring.. it was very affordable and I will be taking all my dogs for whatever they need.
