UPDATE- TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: NO, we took 7 yogurts, and your workers brought us 7 back, along with the canned food, which NONE were missing!! Your workers only fed our dogs kibble. PERIOD. We will never trust your people to take care of our babies again. Also, they put masking tape on our dogs blanket and it won't come off. Their favorite blanket is ruined. They don't even know how to spell our dogs names after several stays. Even though everything had their names on it, except blankets and toys. 🙄 There was no reason to label their blanket since it was in their bag that Fetch gave us. So upset with this facility!! We took our two dogs to board from March 20-March 23. I packed their kibble, canned food. We forgot their yogurt so we went back home and returned with it. I gave verbal instructions on yogurt and canned food. She acted like she was updating pur dogs info, but most likely did not. Our dogs never received their yogurt lunch, or canned food!! We know they don't eat kibble without some canned food mixed in. I am so disappointed in Fetch and their team members for their lack of care for our two dogs. This was the 5th or 6th time we have boarded at Fetch. We won't go back!! It is just a modicum of care to make sure dogs in their care are fed properly!!

From Day 1 Fetch has been like family. Our dog gets so excited for daycare everyday and knowing she is well cared for sure puts our mind at ease. Their groomers are second to none and leave our pup perfectly groomed and smelling great every time. Would highly recommend Fetch to all. Great facility, great care, great employees and exceptional owners.

Took my pup there for her grooming, and it was great! Ali is so good with my dog, and my dog absolutely loves her! She gets excited when she sees her. I’m always pleased with her cut, and that Ali asks for pictures of what I want, but also what I don’t like until she has a solid idea of my preferences. The prices are definitely reasonable for Amarillo for a doodle wash, cut, nails, etc.

Amarillo Fetch is a great place for pets all breeds and sizes. They have taken care of our fur baby for 1 1/2 grooming, boarding for the weekend and daycare they always meet our expectations. We are thankful for this company and its great customer service.

We have been using Fetch for a couple years now for our 3 pups. They always do a great job taking care of them, and I love the daily photo updates. 📸 🥰 Just recently my two senior dogs have had some medical issues and require daily medication. I was nervous leaving them with their new diagnosis, worried about problems arising and them getting their daily meds. I went in before our drop off day to go over everything. The Fetch ladies were very understanding and listened to my concerns and request. I filled out a medical/prescription form and we went over it together. I felt much better about leaving them after that visit. As always they were well taken care of and happy pups. I recommend Amarillo Fetch to everyone I know.
