Went for a service and didn't receive what my pet needed. There are no credentials or diplomas that demonstrate that the person who atended me is truly a vet. The person who attended me does not appear in the list of vets that offer services there. They take your pet to the back of the office and you really cant see what they do. Also, very expensive. Staff can be nicer. However, the place is clean and serves the purpose. Also, apparently they ban whoever says something negatively about them or don't give them 5 stars.

Absolutely the best veterinary care providers! They have an excellent team, very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. They have taken excellent care and been very patient with my cat that was fearful due to a negative experience with a past veterinarian. They go above and beyond for the pets in their care and take time to educate us pet parents. Would recommend them to anyone.

I only needed to update my dog's yearly shots so I could be able to flight back home and nonetheless the experience was amazing. I have to admit they do have a very friendly crew on deck. From the moment I walked in I was treated respectfully and cordially. I do recommend to make an appointment instead of walking in like I did because it could take a while due to their heavy customers volume. I tried a different Vet clinic (won't mention name) the morning before this one and the receptionist was rude and horrible from the get go 🤷‍♂️.
