To everyone reading this review, I know you're searching for the very best for your children—especially they may not communicate like other kids. We all want to do our utmost to ensure our kids receive top-quality care. After visiting this place for 3 years, I want to share my honest experience and how it has positively impacted my child's journey. They have a warm, professional team that’s always eager to help, kind, and understanding, while still staying professional. They know that parents can be stressed, just like their pets, and try their best to keep both calm. I gave them an A+. Dr. Slama is also very helpful, patient, and professional, always taking the time to explain everything step by step, NO fast come and go. He does his best to calm us not by false information but by accurate, honest, and clear explanations. He is an A+. Finally, their new facility is a big upgrade, with larger exam rooms that are especially helpful for parents like me with big kids. It makes it easier to keep our stressed little one (I know that I said he is big, but he is always a little distinguished gentleman for me 😉) calm while Dr. Slama does his thing. Compared to the old place (it was B+ at best), I can say it has improved to A+.

Update: Congratulations on the new space it’s absolutely beautiful and the kitties loved the new exam rooms! Always the best of care here and the BEST team! AAAAAA++++++Highly recommend this AMAZING VET AND STAFF! So glad I made the decision to move our cats here. On finding my old vets incompetent, between mixing up and misplacing important heart blood work, files & making dangerous mistakes, it was time for a new vet and I found them here 100%. 💜 😺 😺 😺 🌈 💜 Animal care center staff are all so amazingly friendly so helpful and it is just the biggest breath of fresh air coming here. Being a small clinic I feel safe and at home here with my animals and I trust them implicitly. Not only do the the vets and techs alike listen carefully to each of my 3 cats symptoms they make them comfortable the whole time. They truly care about my animals take their time in examining them and it doesn't feel rushed at all. Throughout the examinations they are constantly checking in and making sure my animals are comfortable even covering my somewhat feral cat carrier with a pheromones towel to keep her calm after her nail trim. I finally have my concerns addressed and have gotten more answers from taking my pets here than anywhere else. My cats have multiple medical issues and medications and they take the time to go over it all carefully cat by cat. They really have the absolute best Veterinarians and people working on their team, I was even given help out to my cat with the three carriers. Wonderful Amazing Teamwork and we appreciate you all so very much. I know it's not easy keeping a smile on through all your hard work and I imagine some very busy days during this pandemic where you are burnt out but y'all are fantastic and I truly hope the owner reads this rewards your hard work and dedication to the animals first and foremost in your care. We truly love this veterinary team. We’ve always felt that they genuinely care about both our dog and us, and we really appreciate that they don’t push unnecessary tests or procedures. Their approach is thoughtful, honest, and grounded in what’s actually best for the animal. That kind of integrity is hard to find. It’s rare to find a vet you fully trust, and we’re so grateful we did. Thank you for helping keep our Ryder healthy, happy, and well cared for!

I love the folks at Veterinary Care Center. They are so friendly, patient, compassionate and great at explaining things. It means a lot to me that there’s a picture of my dog on their wall. I just brought my dog in for surgery, which was kind of nerve-racking because she’s older but I know she was such well taken care of. It was a comfort to know that she is in such good hands.

The clinic staff are all wonderful. In always comfortable putting my critters in their hands. They take the time to communicate thoroughly and ask questions while providing gentle, loving care for my cats. They are kind, compassionate care givers.
