Dwayne easily has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced.

DO NOT BUY ZERO TURNS from here! We’ve had nothing but trouble from this store! Bought a zero turn 2 months ago and it already broke. When purchasing the zero turn we were told if we get the service plan we can take it back for free exchanges if anything happens. We bought the service plan so when our zero turn broke we went ahead called the store we purchased it from and they had instructed us to bring it to the store and they would exchange it for us or fix it. We even called 20min prior to hauling everything over and we still got the clear to just bring it down and they would reserve a cab cadet to exchange it for. We finally show up and were told “they don’t do that.” So we told them when we purchased it we got the lifetime warranty for it and they had told us we could take it back to exchange and the man said “well whoever told that to you told you wrong because we don’t do that.” Turns out there’s multiple service plans when purchasing that was not communicated to us so now we’re hauling our broken zero turn back across town. They instructed us on another place that can repair the zero turn for us if we have the recipes which we did not. We asked if they could print us the receipt again and of course they cannot. They spent about 30min trying to look in our account there for the purchase but for some reason could not find it.

I would leave a negative star if it was an option. We are traveling and needed to have propane tanks filled. When we arrived there were two men already waiting for someone to come fill their two large propane tanks. We went inside let the young lady at the register know we needed propane tanks she said she will send some one out. We waited 10 minutes and the men before us had been waiting twenty minutes. No help so I walked back in the store and ask the young lady at the register if someone would be coming out soon, she said oh!! I’m sorry, we don’t have anyone here to fill propane!!!! That would have been nice to know ten minutes ago!!! Went right over to Loves and the two men followed we all had our tanks filled within 5 minutes ago!! Very very disappointed in Tractor Supply. Terrible customer service and communication!!
