The shop itself is cute, welcoming, and a great place to browse. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant shopping experience. We purchased the Woof Pupsicle holder, the mold for making homemade treats, and the treat mix for our Border Collie. Unfortunately, after giving her one this afternoon, she became sick and started vomiting shortly afterward. I would still encourage people to visit and support this shop because the staff and atmosphere were wonderful. However, I do wish I had done more research on the product before giving it to my dog. Afterward, I found reviews from other pet owners who reported similar reactions in their dogs. Of course, every dog is different, but I wanted to share our experience so others can make an informed decision.

I traveled from out of town to this sweet little area and Tennessee Tails was definitely one of the places I visited that made the walk along Main St. memorable. The window and entrance alone were so welcoming and the staff went above and beyond to show friendliness and genuine appreciation for a dog lover like me! I found some perfect picks, and grabbed some treats at the well organized "treat bar" on my way to the check out counter! One of the associates even came outside to greet my dog and gave him a treat and said "hello!" Another associate walked me out to the front as well and gave my dog a pat and love as well! It was my first time in Jonesborough and I am so grateful to have found Tennessee Tails! :)

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a variety of pet supplies and food for dogs and kitties at good prices. If you're in the Jonesborough downtown area, definitely give this place a look. You won't be sorry!

Everyone is so kind an loving. The shop is cute an has all kinds of stuff for dogs and cats. we got a catnip toy that one of the lady's suggested and our cats have been playing with it for 2 hours lol. We also got freeze dried minnows and our kitten Loves them. Great store to stop by when walking around downtown Jonesborough ❤️

Me and my daughter stopped in this awesome shop to pick up dog food and allergy medicine the lady was overly friendly and so nice with helping us pick out the right kind of dog food and treats and medicine we will continue to shop here from now on when it comes to our dogs great experience 5 star ⭐️
