All my thanks to the group of great women, professionals and dedicated people who work in this clinic. The prices are also not very reasonable and are always clear in terms of medical budgets and procedures. Thanks for all you do!

I drive to Rockford from the NW burbs just so Dr. Katie can see my parrot. She is wonderful, takes her time, is very personable and has done an amazing job with him! She handles him with care and it's worth the hour drive just so he has a good experience!

Dr. Jeannie, Donna & the crew are wonderful. From the first day we brought our puppy 13 & 1/2 years ago, right up to her last day with us ,they were all amazing, caring & gentle with her. It was hard to lose our baby but Dr Jeannie was wonderful & care for her like it she was one of her own while she was ill for 6 weeks. We thank everyone for their kind hearts & great care of Mattie. I would recommend this clinic to anyone & we will return to this vet with any future "kids" we have.

If I could give this place NO STARS I WOULD! Took in my cat about two weeks ago, he wasn’t doing good at all!!! They were more concerned about giving him vaccines over checking him and seen what was going on, he was very lethargic, we knew that something was off with him. But they were more concerned about vaccinations than getting him the help that was required. Didn’t bother to look more in depth on his condition, and telling us to do this vaccination knowing he didn’t look well we refuse them, but them pushing us wasn’t right too do! We ended up taking him to the VET ER where they told us that he was very weak and if we would have “listen” to them and give them the vaccinations he would have had DIED since he was so weak already! What kind of veterinarian advices you to give vaccines to an animal that YOU COULD CLEARLY TELL HE WASN’T DOING GOOD! At the end of the day, we had gone here because of “the good reviews” but turn out to be a horrid experience to even had gone in this place! Don’t take your sick furry babies here! Since what they proved to us was that they are more concerned about getting your money and that’s it! The “dr” was no help at all, was on her phone the whole time didn’t even bother to do a in depth check up on him! One way or another they just want your money! So don’t take your furry babies here!!!

They are great! We lost a member of the family and are thoughtful. I want to thank them for the thoughtful gift.
