Daphne's Pet Grooming & Boarding

I booked Mario S for dog boarding through Rover. He advertised having a large house and backyard, and that my dog would be alone. Last minute he had me meet him at this location - he was late - and check in the dog with the staff and himself. He did not respond to my texts while I was out on the trip except with one video of my dog being walked outside the entrance of the business. When I picked her up, again we met here last minute. He took my dog out of a small cage. When I got my dog she immediately pooped several times. It was clear she got locked in a cage at this place alone all week. Do not trust your dogs to this business or the cheap crook Mario S.

I have been with Daphnia for more than 20 some years. The best take good care of your baby and know them all love her pleasant attitude and her professionalism. She the best

As a professional in the pet care industry myself, I would highly recommend finding a different business to support. They employ aggressive and violent staff that try and fight you when you tell them that they should walk their dogs on a leash. They do not pick up the poop when they walk their dogs and god help you if you decide to board your animal here. I have seen multiple times were there are dogs outside of kennels at night when no one is there. Please go somewhere else.

Okay y'all... So I have a 4 lb Chihuahua that sleeps with me, goes everywhere with me, and is very "all up in my face" all the time. So I'm sure you can imagine my absolute horror when I woke up one Sunday morning, scooped her in my arms.....and got greeted with A TICK! ON MY BABY! Of course I was like "hell, no!" And I frantically got on Google in search of help. I called one of the big box petstores, who wanted $60. But then I saw Daphne's, and I am ever the champion for local small businesses, so I called. Not only were they literally 1/3 of the price but they had an immediate opening! Unfortunately, I didn't think to get the young man's name, but he was so nice and wonderful with my Coco, who is usually afraid of men. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

Daphne’s has great prices but this last visit has me very upset. I dropped my pup off at 9 AM and she still wasn’t done at 5:30 PM. I asked for a full groom and specified I wanted a shaved face and super short ears / beard area as well as shaved paw pads. She has a shaved bridge of nose but the rest of her face has not been touched. It still looks dirty. Her paws were not shaved and in addition she came home with a matt. The staff was friendly but I was disappointed with her cut.
