Hounds Town Orlando - Winter Park

This was my first time using a boarding service for my dog so I was a bit reluctant but this place was great. I love that it’s themed like a little dog town and they each have their own “home” or “place of business”. My dog is a level 10 clinger so I was nervous that he’d be super anxious but he had the best time and he was very well taken care of, I’m not even sure if he missed me 🫠

Just tried out their dog day care and was beyond impressed! Their communication was top notch, and they provided so many pictures which made me feel confident my dog was happy and well taken care of. Will definitely return in the future.

I LOVE the staff here! I’ve mostly interacted with Anna and Nicole and they are just so amazing. My little nine month old pup is a timid little guy, but full of love and wanting to make friends and the staff have been absolutely tremendous with working with us. They truly get to know each individual dog and make it the best experience

We absolutely love Hounds Town Winter Park! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us and our sweet pitty, Sunny, feel completely at home. It’s so refreshing to find a place that doesn’t breed discriminate — instead, they welcomed him with open arms and genuine smiles. Nicole was incredible — she took special care of our boy and made sure he felt comfortable and loved from the very start. Even Paige, the owner, personally reached out to ensure Sunny’s first day was a special one. That level of care and attention says everything about how much they truly value their clients (both human and furry!). The facility itself is spotless — clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell they’re intentional with every detail, from the décor to the layout. Since it’s Halloween, the whole place is decked out with festive decorations, and they even had treats for the humans — such a fun touch! Customer service is top-notch and incredibly responsive. Every question was answered quickly, and it’s clear they go above and beyond for every customer. We also want to give a shoutout to the Hounds Town Sanford location — another amazing team that shares the same warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for dogs. If you’re looking for a place where your pup will be treated like family, Hounds Town Winter Park (and Sanford!) is it. Couldn’t recommend them more! 🐾🎃

My Stuart absolutely loves coming here for daycare while I’m at work! It took one day for the entire staff to not only know my dog by name but recognize me every time. Every single worker has made it known how much attention they pay to every single dog. I mean there’s hundreds and they can tell stories and describe the personality of every single one. I love the Facebook group and knowing my boy is having fun while I’m working. Stuart 🩷 HTWP!
