(from Google)Sanibel Causeway has been an amazing family trip. Fishing early morning or late night has been a great experience! Best place is if you're coming from Fort Myers you want to setup on the left side. Its like having your own privet beach access. If you're Fishing, watch the current to decide where to setup! God's beautiful creation!
The water is absolutely beautiful! Free parking. Was several cars there but still plenty of parking. Restrooms were porta jons, but cleane and maintained. Folks were fishing, swimming, and working on their tans. Open 24 hours, no camping, gas grills only.
Free parking after the toll bridge. Great spot for quick sunset views. Plenty of parking and easy to get in/out in off peak times.
Very easy access. Beach is rough broken shells so not good for barefoot walking. Hard packed so good for walking in shoes. Once there you don’t notice the cars on the bridge. It’s not a busy beach so that is very nice!
Nice little spot. You don't have to pay. You still have Beach on both sides of the road. Got to watch the sunset. Got to watch a couple guys catch a very large iguana Even though it's beside the road still feels peaceful and nice for Christmas. They had porta potties not sure if they have them all the time
