I went to Richard for the first time and I can honestly say he is the best person ever. Not only does he care about you, but he truly cares about your pet as well. My dog Paris is usually very scared when it comes to grooming, but Richard treated her with so much patience and kindness that she eventually warmed up to him. He took his time with her, made her feel comfortable, and by the end she looked so beautiful. He also teaches you a lot and makes sure you understand how to properly care for your dog. You can tell he does this out of love and passion, not just as a job. I truly wish I had found out about him sooner because I wouldn’t go to anyone else besides him. From now on I will definitely keep bringing my dog Paris to him for grooming and will continue recommending him and bringing more people to his business. May God always bless him.

An absolutely heartwarming experience! 5/5 Stars I cannot say enough good things about Professional Pet Grooming Salon LLC! My 2-year-old Maltese, Myla, was extremely matted before her appointment, and I was so worried about her. The owner, Richard, was incredibly gentle with my little baby. Despite the severe matting, he managed to groom her perfectly without a single nick or cut. His skill and care are the best I have seen in my life through my 6 dogs and 20+ years. But what really touched my heart goes beyond the grooming itself. During our initial chat, I subtly mentioned that Myla has never been kept in a cage. I ended up running about 10 minutes late to pick her up, and I was bracing myself to find her locked up. Instead, I walked in to find Richard sitting right on the floor, surrounded by sofa pillows, just playing and keeping Myla company! Any other place would have simply put her in a cage to wait, but Richard took my words to heart and treated Myla like his own. If you are looking for a groomer who is not only exceptionally skilled but also genuinely loves animals, look no further. Myla and I will definitely be returning! He now has a life time customer! The pricing is great also, you literally can not find any place better than this!

What a warm and friendly place. Richard, the owner handles your pet with loving care. He takes his time and gives a lot of attention to your pet. I recommend anyone looking to give him a try. He is professional in every way! My dog was very comfortable there, and so was I leaving my fur baby with him.

I’ve been in a lot of grooming salon looking for the best groomer, I finally found it. Mr. Richard is the best. My dog has her hair all maddened I thought that he will shave her but no, he took his time and clean her super good and the most important thing didn’t shave her. She looks gorgeous love it. He did exactly what I expected without me tell him.

I rescued a 13-week-old Shih Tzu puppy and wanted to get him cleaned and groomed. As as a first-time dog owner, it was my first experience with professional grooming too. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Richard made the entire process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Richard is not only highly professional but also incredibly experienced with dogs of all sizes. He took the time to explain what the grooming process would involve, and I could tell he genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free and comfortable as possible for my puppy. After he was done, I was blown away by how great he looked—and even more importantly, how calm and happy he seemed. Richard's gentle approach and expert handling really made a difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention he gave my pup. Ive heard its rare to find someone who combines such deep expertise with a true love for animals, but Richard clearly does. I’m so glad I trusted him with my puppy’s first grooming experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
