Pampered Pets of Donelson

I have used Pampered Pets for years. They are amazing. Our dogs would get so excited upon arrival. They could always sense as we got close and start getting wound up in the car! lol

Brought my dog here this week for his first day of daycare and upon arrival, the front desk was not very friendly. I was expecting a bit more of a welcome or explanation of what the day would look like since it was his first time. When they opened the door to the back area, I saw that they keep the dogs in kennels all day except for when they're outside which was not my understanding before booking. It felt like a dog prison and I did not feel comfortable leaving my baby there, but I had to go to work so I had to leave him for the day. I was also told once on-site that my dog couldn't participate in group play since he was not neutered unless there was "another dog that was good with that" there that day (which again was not my initial understanding upon booking). He's pretty high energy and loves to play with others, so I would have taken him elsewhere if I knew this was the setup and policy in advance. Overall, I think he had a fine day, it just wasn't what I had expected or up to my standards. I don't think I'd go back unless it was an emergency. It was only $18 for the day so I guess you get what you pay for!

Poor communication! We booked from out of state over the phone and Pampered Pets was not clear on what shots were required. We were rejected day of and then did not have anywhere to take the dogs during our planned activity. So disappointing!

Excellent customer service and care taken of my Bella! Nikki was amazing and put me at ease, taking care of my dog. I liked that she asked about socializing preference, and I was able to keep her to herself, it was her 1st kennel visit. She took her at short notice when I provided complete updated shot history, which was great. I would definitely recommend this kennel!

There is nothing but great things to be said about Pampered Pets & their awesome staff. So friendly & welcoming, whether you're a first timer or you've been bringing your pet there for years. After moving to Nashville & trying one or two other places, I came across Pampered Pets, and refused to let my dog, Gage, stay anywhere else. I loved that it was tucked away surrounded by trees. It just felt right. Everyone always welcomed Gage with open arms and I knew he was in safe & trusted hands. Sadly, Gage had been sick and we had to put him down. He's running happy & pain free in Heaven now. I wanted to give a BIG thank you to everyone at Pampered Pets for always being so so kind to Gage & myself!!
