(from Google)The staff has always been kind and caring, and I have generally had positive interactions with this facility. However, I feel compelled to share a concern regarding my dogs’ health after boarding. My dogs are always current on their vaccinations, receive regular veterinary care, and are otherwise healthy. I understand that vaccines do not guarantee complete protection against illnesses such as kennel cough or other respiratory infections. However, the last three times I have boarded my dogs here, they have returned home sick. Most recently, both dogs came home with coughing, sneezing, congestion, lethargy, and decreased appetite. After being evaluated by our veterinarian, they were diagnosed with a respiratory infection/kennel cough and have now been placed on medication for treatment. After the first occurrence, I assumed it was simply unfortunate timing. After the second, I was concerned but willing to give the facility another chance. After the third time, it has become difficult to ignore the pattern. The facility has even moved to a new location during this period, so I was hopeful the issue would not continue. Unfortunately, both dogs became ill again following their stay. I am not questioning the kindness or dedication of the staff, as they have always treated us well. However, I do have concerns about sanitation practices, ventilation, illness screening procedures, or overall disease prevention measures within the facility. While I understand that exposure can occur anywhere dogs gather, having both of my dogs become sick after boarding on three separate occasions is concerning and disappointing. I truly wanted to continue using this facility because of the positive experiences I have had with the team, but the repeated illnesses and resulting veterinary visits, medications, and stress on my pets have made me question whether it is the right fit for us moving forward. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit it is intended: not as an attack on the staff, but as a sincere concern from a longtime customer who would like to see the health and safety of all boarded pets prioritized.
I am so thankful for the professional staff at Pet Quest. I took my 2 dogs in today for an assessment for daycare. Daniel sent me videos and pictures throughout the day and kept me updated during their assessment. I picked up 2 happy dogs today and am excited that I made the decision to choose Pet Quest for my dogs. I have spoken to several people whe have taken their dogs to Pet Quest for a long time for daycare and boarding and I heard so many positive comments about the outstanding care that their dogs receive! March 11, 2026 My pups, Leo and Lucy had their first doggie day care today at the beautiful new facility and I was able to take a tour . You can tell how much love and attention to detail went in to the design of the new boarding, grooming, and daycare from the owners. My dog Leo was just released from his TPLO surgery and has missed playing with his friends at Pet Quest. He was a very happy dog when I picked him up today and his sister, Lucy was worn out from playing. My dogs absolutely love Daniel and he is always sending me pictures throughout the day. The professional care and kindness is so much appreciated as I've had some not so favorable experiences with other day cares in this area. I wouldn't hesitate at all to board my dogs there, as someone is with them all night. I love that its so accessible from I-75 and there's plenty of parking. Thank you Alex, Michael, Daniel, Luke, and Revi for taking such great care of my fur babies!
Highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking to board their baby! Mabel was taken care of immediately, the place was extremely clean, and she was instantly comfortable with everyone part of the staff. They eased the stress of boarding my dog, and reassured what the process was and that there was nothing to worry about. The staff gave me a full rundown during pickup of how well she did! Cannot wait for her next stay (and neither can she!!)
1st time bringing my dogs to be groomed. Personnel friendly and accommodating. Grooming was acceptable. Not inexpensive but within the norm. But the stench I encountered when I picked them up did me in. My dogs certainly didn't come out with that spa smell. It was so bad that I had to immediately wash everything including the dogs when I got home. No kidding. I never smelled anything at any dog facility like I did there. 1st impression; an unacceptable really dirty facility. 1st impressions count! I'm still reeling from the smell. In all the years of taking my dogs for grooming I never encountered such stench. This facility looks nothing like the pristine pics on their website!
Scooby started at PetQuest today, and I couldn’t be happier with how his first day went! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive — Daniel even sent me a detailed update during the day to let me know how Scooby was settling in. He started out a little nervous, but they handled him so gently and gave him the time he needed to get comfortable. Before long, he was playing nonstop with a new puppy friend (Akeyla!), and by the time I picked him up he was completely worn out in the best way. The team clearly cares about the dogs and puts a lot of effort into making sure each one has a positive experience. The photos they sent throughout the day were such a sweet touch, too. Scooby had a great first day, and we’re so relieved and grateful to have found a place where he can feel safe, happy, and social. Highly recommend PetQuest for anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring daycare! 🐾❤️
