Northern Waters Smokehaus

we had an early dinner in the fall and it hit the spot! we had our dog with us and they went above and beyond our request to eat their to-go on the patio. They brought our sandwiches out to us which was so appreciated. I got the turkey sandwich and it was spectacular. highly recommend you stop for a tasty bite!

Genuinely and absolutely the best sandwich I have ever had. We stayed in Duluth for one night, this was our first stop when we got there and we came back the very next day because we knew nothing could top it. The sandwiches seem a little expensive but to me worth it, and the Andes mint with each one is a great touch we loved to freshen your breath afterwards! I also loved the tiny vending machine with sandwhich and fish themed artist prints! Really great place I look forward to coming back!

This is the exact type of place I seek out on during my travels: unique, local, delicious, reasonably priced eats! A great meal doesn’t need to break the bank. A smoked salmon sandwich absolutely slaps during a cold, winter afternoon in a basement in Duluth. Can’t wait to return to try more during my next visit!

I’ve got your to-go deli box on my mind. It’s time to take the three-hour drive up to get one! Cajun-smoked or dill-crusted Atlantic salmon, scallion cream cheese, and saltines in a box. Best picnic box ever. The photos are from December 2023—there wasn’t any snow yet.

Fun find!! A fish/ meat market retail area towards the back with a deli area upon entering . We ordered at the counter and they brought it out to our table for us. A lot of salmon on the menu along with other meats , they had a nice variety of sandwiches. The food taste and presentation was remarkable. Steady busy establishment. Interesting and fun menu! Great food , great service!
