Vetco Total Care

My wife and I LOVE this Vetco and that is specifically because of the people who work there. We have taken our pets to stores in North Carolina, California, and Hawaii, and this store is the best all around. Dr. Morgan and Nurse Rachel have NEVER been nothing less than extraordinary. They are both always very professional and polite. They get the job done and don’t beat around the bush! Dr. Morgan is very thorough and truly knows what he is doing which shows through his work and professional knowledge. Another thing we love about this place is how stress free they make it for our fur babies. It is easy to get an appointment here and the Petco it is in is very accessible. The wifey and I truly know that we get the best care possible here and specifically with Dr. Morgan and the phenomenal staff they have. We trust this place with all three of our cats!

Dr. Morgan and his staff were very pleasant and welcoming as my dog, Hapa went in for dental cleaning for the first time. They made me feel at ease and I felt that Hapa was in good hands! Dr. Morgan called me to let me know when he was done and what time to pick him up and that all went well. The next day, one of the staff called me to see how Hapa was doing and if i had any questions which was very nice! Overall, i had a very good experience with Vetco!

Vetco is a professional and caring vet hospital. The staff was warm and welcoming when we arrived. We had no wait time getting into the exam room. Marni was so kind and suggested a great package for our dog, Hoku. She explained everything to us in full detail. Dr. Morgan was excellent and we feel our dog was in great hands. He addressed our concerns and made some great suggestions for Hoku’s care. Overall 💯, I highly recommend Vetco!!!

Nurse Kainoa was super helpful and great with my kitten. She answered all of my questions and gave me an idea of next steps as a first time cat owner. She was able to squeeze me in to get Manapua checked out as well. We will be bringing him back for sure.

I can’t recommend Dr. Morgan and his team highly enough. If there were 10 stars we’d need at least 11. We rescued Kermit at 8.5yr looking for a calmer dog who could still be an adventure buddy. He became the adventure. Kermit has a near bottomless bag of medical tricks that would leave you in awe but delight no one. By the time we found Dr. Morgan we had been through 5 vets who told us he was “just a grumpy old dog.” Dr. Morgan knew there was something more going on as he walked in and noticed Kermit’s feet from across the room. He looked at Kermit holistically considering his history, behaviors, and physical condition. Within a week we noticed a huge difference. Vetco Kaneohe saved Kermit’s life and he has his golden years because of this team. Kermit is now a happy and very bossy little dude who rules his world. Pro tip: get the membership, 100% worth it.
